Vibrantly Active means living life with the energy to do all the things you want to do physically, as well as being active in life with your daily tasks... such as going to the Market, Cooking, day trips etc.
I love to change up my sport activities as the season changes. Through spring and summer I am out cycling, and as fall comes it's great to get outside and go hiking. When winter comes I get out skiing and skating. My go to's all year round are Yoga and Pilates.
